Orders placed for items shown as in stock are picked and dispatched within one working day. You will receive tracking details as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Parcels are sent in plain, discreet outer packaging. Vials are packed to protect the lyophilised powder in transit.
Because these are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If a vial arrives damaged, or the batch documentation does not match your order, contact us and we will resolve it.
